The second measure of the treble staff begins with a chord consisting of an E4/G#4 dotted quarter note tied to an E4/G#4 eighth note, and a C#5/C#6 dotted eighth note, a C#5/C#6 sixteenth note tied to a C#5/C#6 eighth note, and a C#5/C#6 eighth note, all followed by a half rest.
