The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a cockpit management unit comprising: (1) A rounded rectangular bezel; (2) A rounded square bevel centered within the bezel; (3) A screen centered within the bevel, and having an area equal to about 45% of the area of the bezel; (4) Four evenly spaced rounded rectangular buttons that each include a horizontal dash printed thereon, which are disposed vertically and located to the left the bezel; (5) Five raised horizontal linear shapes extending outwardly from the bezel and interleaved with the four rounded rectangular buttons; (6) Two circular knobs on the right side of the bezel including a top knob and a bottom dual concentric knob located below the top knob; (7) A vertically-disposed rounded rectangular button located below the bottom dual concentric knob; (8) A raised horizontal linear shapes extending outwardly from the bezel located beneath the vertically-disposed rounded rectangular button; (9) A rounded rectangular raised portion extending outwardly from the bezel and surrounding the two circular knobs; (10) A rounded square raised portion extending outwardly from the bottom of the rounded rectangular portion and surrounding the dual concentric knob; (11) Six evenly spaced rounded square buttons that each include an upwardly-pointing triangle printed thereon and that are disposed horizontally below the screen area; (12) Seven raised vertical linear shapes extending outwardly from the bezel and interleaved with the six rounded square buttons; (13) Three rounded square buttons, the right-most with a square printed thereon, and a circular knob partially surrounded by a semi-circular shape extending outwardly from the bezel, all horizontally disposed above the bezel; (14) Two raised vertical linear shapes extending outwardly from the bezel and interleaved with the three rounded square buttons; (15) Four circular fasteners with central linear depressions, each located near a different corner of the rounded, rectangular bezel; (16) A recessed, circular lamp located between, and approximately equidistant from, the upper left corners of the rounded rectangular bezel and the square bevel; (17) A recessed, circular lamp located between, and approximately equidistant from, the lower left corners of the rounder rectangular bezel and the square bezel; (18) Three recessed circular fasteners, each with a central hexagonal depression, respectively located near the upper left corner of the bezel, the bottom left corner of the bezel, and the bottom right corner of the bezel. The following portions of the drawing are depicted in broken lines serve to indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark: (17) The stylized lettering "V", "ENT", "CLR", and "+ * -"; (18) A semi-rectangular front data loader located above the bezel; (19) Two recessed circular fasteners each with a central cross-shaped depression, respectively located in the upper-right and upper-left corners of the front data loader; (20) A rounded square button located beneath the dual-concentric knob, with raised horizontal linear shape extending outwardly from the bezel located immediately beneath the button.
