Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized key design composed of a golden slab with an oval head at the top. Across the center of the slab is a black enamel band upon which three Greek letters Phi, Theta, and Kappa appear in gold. Behind the band is a wreath, on one side composed of oak leaves, and on the other, of laurel all in gold. Above the band is a representation of the head of Athena, symbol of learning in gold. In the base appear the Greek letters phi, omega and sigma appear in gold.
