The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a vehicle grille surround, consisting of a frame that has a substantially straight bottom, and sides with rounded corners and on all sides flared to expand outwardly from front to back. The top is substantially straight with a slightly raised center portion which extends vertically downward with a single vertical rib that is tapered slightly from top to bottom with perpendicular sides. The vertical rib divides the rectangular aperture contained within the border of the surround. This vertical rib divides the aperture into approximately equal portions. At the top of the rib is an opening for mounting a hood ornament. The matter shown in broken lines is not a part of the mark.
