The mark consists of front view design of a Doppler fetal heart rate monitor. The claimed design consists of an ultrasound unit, a detachable probe, and a probe cradle that attaches the probe to the ultrasound unit. The ultrasound unit design includes the following features: a shaped front cover with a top edge that has a slight curve and rounded corners; the front cover has straight side edges that start at the top edge and continue inward, to the middle of the ultrasound unit, and run down until they reach a circular component that comprises the bottom portion of the front cover. The stepped-down edge appears along the sides and circular bottom portion of the front cover and stops just before reaching the top edge of the front cover. The front cover contains the following features: a rectangular display screen with rounded corners that is located near the top of the ultrasound unit; three shaped buttons, each with its own icon graphics that appear permanently; a rounded speaker with space for a name, logo, wording or other markings towards its top and with spaced holes towards its bottom that allow sound to come through. The probe cradle has a rectangular shape with rounded corners and attaches the probe to the top right of the ultrasound unit. The probe is an oblong tube that is rounded at its bottom and with a wider, flat top. The probe contains an oblong space in the middle for a name, logo, wording or other markings. A spiral cord connects the two parts of the device and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
