Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black robot with green striping. The black on the robot varies in shade throughout the design. The robot has red eyes with black pupils with a white fleck at the upper left of each pupil. The whites of each eye show through triangular-shaped cutouts in the robot's mask. Two smaller white triangles appear on the left side of the robot's left eye. The top part of the robot's mask has a green stripe running from the eyes of the robot to the back of the mask, with two raised, rectangular elements appearing after the eyes. In front of the first rectangular element is a thin, red rectangle. The front of the mask in front of the cutouts for the eyes generally is pentagonal and black in shape, with a dark ridge running at an angle to the left and right forming a nose-like element. The edge of the front of the mask is green and varies in shade of green. Five small black circles appear on the left side of the edge, and four black circles appear on the far right side of the edge. Below the mask appears a black mouth-like opening. A green attachment with black circular ends resembling binoculars appears on each of the robot's arms with red lines outlining each of the lenses. A gray stripe runs along the inner side of each green attachment with a green triangle outlined in gray appearing near the lenses. Above the gray stripe is a black fin-like design that also runs the length of the binoculars. At the top of each green attachment over the lenses is a black rectangular shape with two black dots appearing along the inner side. On the attachment on the left arm, underneath the black rectangular shape between the lenses is a black inverted triangle striped with red lines. A similar red triangle appears at the back end of the green attachment on the robot's right side. Underneath the binoculars on the left arm are four gray rectangular designs outlined in black. The left, visible arm of the robot is black with gray trim at the edge. The hands of the robot are gray and vary in shade of gray with black joints, a green trim on top, and black undersides of each hand. On the robot's torso appear two red circles, one above the other, on the robot's left side, with another red circle appearing on the robot's right side. The two circles are connected by a gray grill piece, with the grill being gray and being higher on the edges and coming to a point at the middle. A horizontal gray handle protrudes out from the grill. Behind and above the grill is the black, mouth-like opening of the mask. Below the grill is a black square element outlined in gray that has a gray semicircle element protruding. The lower torso of the robot is black with green trim and has six green bolts on the left side. Half of two dark green wheels outlined in black with spokes can be seen on the left side of the lower torso. At the base of the lower torso is a black square element with a black and green handle on the left side and two rectangular elements on the right side - one green and behind a second that is gray and green. The robot's feet are green wheels, with red interior trim and a green core, and a gray rectangular shape with two black circles and a black rectangular shape below the circles appear between the front and back wheels. Two wheels are visible in front, and two wheels on the left side are visible in back. A green handle appears on the black platform above the wheels with a small red rectangular shape appearing at the front of the platform. The robot is standing with its arms lifted on each side. While the mark appears three-dimensional in nature, a configuration of the mark is not claimed.
