The mark consists of rectangles on top of each other. At the top of the mark is a rectangle with vertical and horizontal lines as borders and a fleur de lis at its four corners. Inside the top rectangle is a circle with lines radiating outwards from the outer edge of the circle. Inside the circle is a stylized Chinese character. Below the circle is a smaller rectangle with a geometric border. Below the rectangle with a geometric border is another rectangle that has a smaller rectangle centered in the middle with leaves on the left and right and scrollwork below. The bottom rectangle is separated from the rectangle above it by a horizontal line.
