The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress depicting a monolith shaped structure, the surface of which is a digital display screen. The monolith stands at the end of an aisle that runs from the front of the store. Above the aisle is a three-dimensional ribbon running just below the ceiling of the store from the entrance to just before the monolith. The dotting at the edges of the monolith and ribbon portions of the structure represent LED lights. There is an oval shaped cutout in the ceiling surrounding the monolith. On either side of the monolith are display cases. On the far side of the monolith are curved tables with low-back chairs. Above those tables are suspending flute lights. Past those tables is a display screen. The matter shown in broken lines, consisting of the recessed lighting, is for placement purposes only and is not part of the mark.
