Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a stylized suspender pattern and circling band that are applied to the handles of applicant's hand tool products. The stylized suspenders pattern consists of a central squarish body centered on the lower portion of the handle, closest to the tool blade side, intersected by four curving arms which form the suspenders emanating toward each end of the handle, forming a stylized "X." The stylized suspenders pattern ends in a single circling band between the end of the stylized suspender and the end of the handle furthest from the tool blade. The matter shown in broken lines on the drawing shows positioning of the mark on representative goods, and neither the matter depicted by the broken lines nor the configuration of the hand tools are claimed as features of the mark.
