The mark consists of four bright yellow wavy lines of varying thickness extending from the left edge of the designation to the right. A blue image of a lake, the outline of which resembles the image of a heart, appears over the middle of the yellow wavy lines and contains two white swans with blue shading, red beaks, and black faces and eyes. A white and blue lotus flower sits on the surface of the heart-shaped lake under the swans. On the top two wavy lines to the right of the image of the lake is an image of a white and pink lotus flower with pale gray shadows and green leaves. The upper left of the design above the image of the lake written in stacked Cyrillic letters is the wording "Bird wondrous" in white letters with a black and yellow triple border.
