Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a scoop of orange and yellow-orange ice cream outlined in dark brown resting on top of a bending off-white banner outlined in dark brown with the words "LOCAL ICE" in dark brown and shadowed in tan with light and dark-teal waves outlined in dark brown and gold and off-white rays outlined in dark brown emanating from the center of the scoop above the banner and a light-teal background below the banner with the bottom light brown point of an ice cream cone outlined in dark brown and the words "REFRESHMENTS & ICE CREAM" in dark brown bending upwards, all within a dark brown-bordered circle with the exception of the banner which protrudes on both sides from the circle, with another 1/2 circular dark brown line framing the top half of the logo and an approximately 1/4 circular dark brown line framing the bottom part of the logo allowing for the banner to protrude slightly on both sides at approximately 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock on the entire circular image; the color white in the drawing is intended to show placement of the mark only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
