Description of Design Search

The mark consists of Fanciful Font lettering delineated in black. The stylized term, "Literary" is shown with the first letter appearing as an upper case stylized L striped and white candy Cane swirl stripes with the stylized word YAKuZa, shown in chopsticks located at the base of sock shoe and along its verticle under side. Next is the lowercase dotted i shown including a black cartoon figure outlined in white with large black pupiled eyes dotted with small white hearts and long black lashes, a kidney bean nose and wide smile almost width of a white face which is a club playing card shape, having a very skinny neck, wearing a black tunic with pocket initials JJ Long skinny legs in black tights shown wearing black elf shoes with rootlets squiggles as shoe decor. Her hair is black and wild with effect of irregular leaf shape or triangles in black with squiggles and dots and her long arms in long sleeve black end at mitten hand with rootlet squiggles decor. Above this image is a stylized fish of large shapes shown as a round large fish thought bubble which reads YaKuZa, Me with a question mark. Set to the right of the letter, "i" is the stylized capital letter T cross horizontal hat effecting a 1600 flamboyant triangular shaped hat with a curl at the top with words on verticle stem that read DAILY BARRISTER in fanciful letters. In front of the T, at an angle, is a backwards capital stylized letter E that also traverses the next capital letter R. The capital R effects a garment with black and white pin stripe pants, the front "leg" of the letter R includes the name, "JULIETTE JENNER" shown within a checkered stylized border, and the upper curved part of the R appears in black with the top part of the R .r. Behind the front "leg" of the capital letter R is a small stylized red capital letter A. elongated lowercase tall letter "r" is hovering and includes the term, "SHOP" in black text The letter "r" is holding a backward capital letter "R" with the black fanciful wording, SHOP HERE NOW with the second letter "E" shown backwards / The letter and wording have the effect of a hinged sign, as attached to the letter "r." The next letter, Y, is shaped like a large black tall stemmed Martini glass that contains a cream straw and a light tan beverage. The top portion of the glass/ The straw appears split because of the liquid in the glass. The straw is holding a Pimento and olive at its top with bubbles in liquid and floating above.The next word is "Toon" made up of a stylized white and black decorative letter T effecting a cross laying at the base of the martini glass, then above the letter "T" are two OO letters appearing as white eyeballs with iris and black pupils. The eyes have vertical black eyebrows that look like 16th musical notes and the stylized body figure is configured as a plant with leaf arms, whereby the next letter "n" is lowercase and hovers sideways above the OO then a black dash is followed by a stylized tall black clad male spy figure whose body effects a dagger shape looking to one side with one leg showing.A fanciful black, white, and gray, frame follows above and to the right of the martini glass.
