Description of Design Search

The mark consists of blue water in the shape of an oval with uneven edges. Three islands of varying sizes appear in the center, middle and right side of the design, and include sand, grass and palm trees. The sand is light brown, the palm trees have trunks that fade from dark brown at the bottom to medium brown in the middle and back to dark brown at the top, with dark green palm fronds at the top, and the grass is medium green. All islands have medium brown rocks underneath the palm trees. The far right island also has a thatched hut with medium brown supports and a light brown roof. The stylized wording "ISLANDS OF" are to the left of the islands and partially cover the water and the first two islands, with the wording being yellow at the top, fading to light orange in the middle then to dark orange at the bottom, with a black outline. The stylized wording "PARADISE" is underneath the wording "ISLANDS OF" and partially covers the water and the middle island. The wording is red with a gray and black outline, except for the second letter "A", which is created by a stylized flame that is yellow at the top, fading to medium orange in the middle and dark orange at the bottom, with a black outline. The white in the drawing represents background and is not a feature of the mark.
