Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an oval stamp and a circular seal on a square tan background with light brown vertical steaks to resemble wood grain. The stamp appearing at the bottom of the wood grain background consists of two sets of double-lined ovals in the color dark brown, where one double-lined oval is concentrically placed within the larger double-lined oval, with the word "DUNHILL" in light brown script with dark brown outlining running horizontally through the center of the ovals. The words "TOBACCO OF LONDON LIMITED" appears in small dark brown letters directly under "DUNHILL". The word "HERITAGE" appears in dark brown above "DUNHILL" between the two ovals, the word "HONDURAS" in dark brown appears below "DUNHILL" between the two ovals, the words "HECHO EN" in dark brown appear above "HONDURAS" intersecting the lower portion of the inner oval. The circular seal is outlined in light gray with dark gray shading and is positioned above and to the right of the oval stamp. The seal features a shield with the wording "OPTIME SIT 1907" flanked by two upright lions and the words "DUNHILL TOBACCO OF LONDON LIMITED" centered below it, altogether in light gray.
