The mark consists of a wavy line at the top and a straight band at the bottom. There is a stylized oval on the top center, under the wavy line, inside of which there is a design of a human sitting on a boat with one hand holding a fish, the other holding a fishing rod. Below the design, there are three separate sets of terms, the first one is the two Vietnamese wordings "HAO HANG", the second one is the uppercase word "PREMIUM", the third one is two Chinese characters. Along the bottom of the oval, there is an uppercase phrase "ANCHOVY FISH SAUCE" with two small dots at both sides. Under the oval, there is a design of a fish jumping up from the water, under which there are four Vietnamese wordings, "NUOC MAM CA COM". Below the phrase there is a concentric circle with the wording "39°N" inside. The shaded rectangle merely represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
