Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a human like character standing erect wearing a pink hat/bonnet. The legs of the character are spaced apart with the right leg slightly forward of the left leg with both its hands pointing outward from the body of the character. The bonnet has a bow on the upper right corner of the bonnet that is outlined in the color brown and the inside of the bow is colored rose. A stylized letter "H" that is pink in color is on the white body of the character. The outline of the character as well as the eyes, nose and mouth of the character are brown in color. The mouth of the character is outlined in brown and is a half oval with a horizontal line across the top of the mouth and the inside of the mouth is shaded in the color rose. The eyes of the character are brown and are in the shape of dots. The color golden yellow is placed under the eye and on each cheek of the character in the form of an oval creating a highlighting effect. The character's hat/bonnet is outlined in the color brown and is pink on the inside. The hat/bonnet also contains eyes and a nose that are located on the front of the hat/bonnet between two ears where th two ears are shaded the color brown on the inside of each ear and the left ear is slightly extending beyond the top of the bow on the bonnet.
