The mark consists of three elements. The element on the left side is a yellow fleur de lis with a blue border. The element on the right side is a rectangular flag with a blue field or background. The flag is oriented vertically and shaped as if the flag were fluttering in the wind. On the flag are two capital "F"s in white, positioned diagonally, one near the top left and one near the lower right; a smaller version of the yellow fleur de lis is between the two Fs barely covering the bottom right serif of the upper F and the top left serif of the lower F. The flag is attached on the left side to a yellow flag pole. The flag has three loops so that the flag can be slipped over the flag pole, one near the top, one near the middle and one near the bottom of the flag. The visual effect is of a yellow-and-blue-striped flagpole. The element in the middle consists of the words "Fleur de Lis" on the top in blue and the word "Financial" on the bottom in blue. The two lines are separated by a horizontal yellow line. The yellow line has a thin blue border on the top and on the bottom.
