Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the arched, stylized wording "FLAVR-J'S" all in the color red with a design of five overlapping playing cards underneath. The playing cards are white and outlined in black. The first card, from left to right, features a red letter "K" above a red heart, the second card features a red letter "Q" above a red heart, and the third, fourth and fifth cards all feature the vertically arranged word JOKER in all red, capitalized letters. The fifth or top card features a stylized, white snow cone cup outlined in black. The snow cone cup is personified featuring an animated, smiling face. The face features black eyebrows, white, black and blue eyes, a red and white mouth outlined in black with a red tongue outlined in black therein, and a small, curved black line for a chin. The snow cone cup contains a vertically striped rainbow of red, blue, green and yellow stylized ice shavings outlined in black at the top. A handle of a white eating utensil outlined in black is poking out of the ice shavings on the left side.
