The fish divides the circles horizontally and at an angle (with the curving body and head of the fish at an higher angle than its tail). The top half of the inner circle contains the wording "FISHWATCH.NOAA.GOV" following the top curve of the outer/middle border/inner circles to designate the FishWatch program website. The lower half of the inner circle contains the italicized word "FishWatch" above the italicized words "U.S. Seafood Facts" typed horizontally. The eye of the fish is comprised of a ball with a tail extending across the body. The fish's bottom jaw extends beyond its upper jaw. The fish's fins mimic waves.
