Our subscription plan for trademark filing and monitoring starts with an initial payment of $99, which covers the first month of trademark filing and monitoring services. Additionally, there is a government fee of $350 per class when we file. After the first month, you will be charged $99 every three months for continued monitoring. The total cost for the first six months is $297 plus the $350 official fee. You have the flexibility to cancel the subscription without any penalty after the first six months. However, if you decide to cancel before the six-month period (essentially before the second or third $99 payment), you will be switched to a one-time fee of $299, and the difference will be charged as a one-off payment (for example, if you paid $99 initially, an additional $200 will be charged). After the initial six months, if you choose to keep the watch service, it will continue at $99 every three months.
