My question is, I would like to put a simple two word saying on a rubber/silicone wristband. It is tied to a very popular singer that has since past away. I have written a book that I am ready to self-publish called "The Wizard of Oz Code". I follow along with the movie and talk about how its symbolism and imagery point to our own human experiences. I am wondering if I need to get permission (and from who/how?) to use the title I am using and to talk about the Ruby Slippers, Wicked Witch of the East, Tin Man, etc. Also, I would like to use the images of the Ruby Slippers and Emerald City on the cover - is that okay? Thank you!

Do you agree that the test developed in the Polaroid case could be tinkered with, to improve protection for trademark holders and to help reduce possible confusion.
