The mark consists of a unique, symbolic, decorative, non-wearable, single breasted, textile half-bra form, used as an inspirational wall hanging. A single breasted half- bra form, either right or left breasted, as though a normal bra is cut in half leaving a one sided cup and strap, regardless of size. It's unique half -bra form has specifically been created to promote awareness of breast and numerous other cancers. It's purpose is for this half- bra form to be symbolic and inspirational, applauding the courage of survivors, women, patients, and family members who are transcending life challenges, encouraging their healing and renewal, reminding them to soar above their adversity. The words Externally Altered... Inwardly Transformed have been published for trademark registration serial number # 85561174. There is also a mark on the form that consists of a stylized butterfly with a body consisting of an inverted purple cancer ribbon which extends above and below the wings and is flanked by two silver wings, each formed in the shape of the letter B. The left B is reversed.The colors purple and silver is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The B's are simply outlined in silver with NO internal colors. The colors white or any color of the material that the mark is applied on is not part of the mark and does not represent the background. The B mark has been published for trademark registration serial number # 85323054. Embellishment of single crystals, strand crystals and lace trim is/are included in the finished product.
