The mark consists of a circle, the perimeter of which comprises a heavy solid line followed by 4 significantly thinner jagged lines followed by a heavy solid line of the same weight as the outer perimeter line. The words "EST.1979" appear at the upper most area of the circle between the inner and outer heavy solid lines. It interrupts the thinner jagged lines. The entire perimeter of the circle is interrupted by a horizontal banner containing a solid star followed by the words "WE UP" followed by a solid star. The stars align with the heavy outer perimeter line. This banner appears with a medium weight horizontal line above and below it and extends slightly and equidistant beyond the perimeter of the circle. A solid ribbon with the words "UPLIFTING THE COMMUNITY" appears at the lower most area of the circle between the inner and outer heavy lines. It also interrupts the thin jagged lines.
