The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a clear bottle used as a packaging container for alcoholic beverages. The cap and upper neck of the bottle has ships with masts on the ocean on each side of the bottle partially obscured by a rectangular seal with a rounded end and a design of ships with masts on the ocean on the top of the cap. The face of the bottle has an oval label with two concentric circles with the wording "PLYMOUTH GIN" within the top of a partial ring with two circular seals on either side consisting of two concentric circles and a bust of a woman with a crown and the wording "VICTORIA REGINA" in one and two concentric circles with a design of two women, one holding a snake, the other a specter, a globe draped with a cloth on the lower half between the women on a stand and the wording "THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION" in the other. In the center of the label is a ship with masts on the ocean and two birds in the upper right. Embossed above the label is wording "EST. 1798" with an embossed arch below and embossed below the label is the wording "BLACK FRIARS DISTILLERY" with an embossed monk to the right. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle, neck, cap, seal, and indentation at the bottom of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
