Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a semi-transparent, roofless, blue storefront that has a white window on each side of the storefront that is shaped in the likeness of the front door, that is, rectangular yet rounded at the top with 4 windows to look through. The storefront also has a front door that is shaped in the likeness of the windows that are on either side of the storefront, that is, rectangular yet rounded at the top with 4 windows to look through. The front door has a darker grey color inside of the windows and also features a black, rectangular doorknob that is placed on the left side of it. Both the front door and each window were created with shading and shadows to create the look of depth when looking at the storefront. The storefront also has the words "ELEVATION AVENUE" written in white cursive letters and directly below those letters is the word "SINCE" written in white capital letters and number "1999" written in white. These words and the number are placed above the front door. This storefront also features two grey circular light fixtures pointed towards the words and number "ELEVATION AVENU SINCE 1999". There is also a grey entryway that leads to the front door. There are also two green circular bushes with purple and blue circular fruits growing on them on both sides of the storefront. There is also one small, green, tree-like plant with purple and blue circular fruits growing on it that is placed inside of a blue rectangular gardening pot that stands on each side of the storefront. There is also a dark grey sidewalk that the plants are sitting on. All the design elements are outlined in black with grey shading. Below the storefront, the words "ELEVATION AVENU" are written in black cursive letters, and right underneath those words is the word "SINCE" written in black capital letters and the number "1999" written in black numbers. The capital "E" and lowercase "L" in the word "ELEVATION" that is written in cursive black letters underneath the storefront are both slightly overlapping and are on top of the storefront. The Capital "A" in the word "AVENU" that is written in cursive black letters underneath the storefront also slightly overlaps and is on top of the storefront. All of these elements are placed on top of a white and grey marble-looking square background.
