Im an artist, I create custom made chess boards out of different materials. Some people have ask me to custom create other game boards like Sorry, Scrabble & Monopoly in different materials & style for personal collectors items. If Im only making one or two custom boards to asking customers can I get in trouble? And can I display them in flyers or pictures showing potential customers that I am capable of creating all types of their favorite games if they request them?

Can I use an existing article of clothing (ex. Walmart plain white t-shirt) and put my logo and design on it and resell it without Walmarts consent?

I am in the process of naming my album of original music.  I have debates with my sister (a publisher) and my sister-in-law (an attorney, but not of copyrights) about whether or not I can use titles from other media.

I have searched through this fantastic forum for "likelihood of confusion", which seems to be the sticking point in all of this.  So, let's say I have an album of music and I want to name it after the title of a video game, like "Donkey Ko...

Hello,

I owe some brand names for watches, perfectly legal and valid until 2014. I did put some watches on eBay for sale and they have been removed in January by eBay who accused me of counterfeiting! I have been really upset with this. Somehow, they said that a third party did inform them that I was infringing their copyrights! I have email eBay all proper documents but they refused to listen to me and asked me to contact the person that accused me (I did but not reply of course!)...
