Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "COCONUT'S" in capital letters and outlined in black and the lettering in a gradient shading of greens, the lettering having a darker green toward the top of the letters and gradually shading to a lighter green at the bottom of the lettering; the words "FISH CAFE" centered right below in black and all capitals along with the words "MAUI, HI" centered right below in black and all capitals; at the top of and above the letters "O" and "C" in the word "COCONUTS" is positioned a palm tree with a trunk in the color brown, palm trees leaves in a dark green color and two tan colored coconuts; to the right of the tree is a grey colored fish outlined in black sandwiched between a brown bread bun with tan sesame seeds on the top bun piece; to the adjacent right of the fish is a black and white cat on a brown and black stand with a black fishing pole whose fishing line and hook is positioned alongside the right hand side of the fish in the bun; below the words "MAUI, HI" is positioned a white ribbon outlined in black in which the words, all capitalized and in black, "FAMOUS FISH TACOS" are contained; all the text and drawings are displayed on a background comprising a dark shade of green, which contains the word "COCONUT'S" displayed multiple times in a diagonal configuration, the diagonal text is outlined in white.
