Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a sun or star pattern, with a small magenta oval at the center, and concentric elements including, from the center out, a small orange oval, a yellow oval with orange border line, a large white circle with orange border line, a circular orange band with soft edges, a soft white circular band, a soft yellow circular band, and a faded blue band at the outer edge; four magenta triangles radiating out like compass points from the white circle, and eight magenta rays of varying lengths radiating from the center oval; and beneath and slightly overlapping the sun pattern is the literal element "Catalyst" in large black font, with a black underline beneath that word, and the words "Education and Career Pathways" running beneath that underline in smaller black type.
