Description:

(1) - Downloadable software for broadcasting, electronic transmission, streaming, and playing audio, video, music, and audiovisual content; downloadable software for uploading, posting, showing, displaying, tagging, blogging, sharing or otherwise providing electronic media or information over the Internet or other communications network; downloadable software that provides ongoing programs featuring a wide range of information and topics; downloadable software that provides audio, video, music, and audiovisual content in the fields of entertainment and education via a subscription service.
(2) - Telecommunications services, namely, transmission of electronic media, multimedia content, videos, movies, pictures, images, text, photos, user-generated content, audio content, and information via the Internet and other communications networks; broadcasting, webcasting, streaming, and transmission of audio, video, subscription television, and video-on-demand content via the internet and electronic communications networks.
