Fundraising services, including conducting fundraising events; organizing and conducting fundraising events; promoting a fundraising event via a wide variety of media namely TV, radio, online ads, outdoor ads, direct mail, phone solicitation, Internet, social media, public relations, retail promotion and toll free telephone lines; operation of a website, web-forum and blog for soliciting donations; consulting services, namely advising others in connection with conducting fundraising events.
(2) - Digital audio and video recordings featuring instruction in the field of yoga for digestive health. Printed publications, namely, newsletters; electronic publications, reports and brochures featuring information and instruction in the field of yoga for digestive health.
(3) - Apparel, namely, t-shirts, shirts, pants, jackets, sweatshirts, shorts, skirts, dresses, vests, underwear, swimwear, dog clothing; active wear; bags, namely, general purpose bags for carrying yoga equipment, athletic bags, carry-all bags, tote bags; wet bags, yoga bricks (blocks), mats, towels, blankets, reusable drinking bottles, yoga straps, hairbands, mat spray, candles; jewelry; cosmetics; oils; and teas.
