Description:

(1) - Door and window components of metal, namely, hinges, locks, strike plates, latches, handles, and components thereof.
(2) - Automatic apparatus in the nature of a system primarily comprising motors being parts of machines for adjusting doors and windows, controlled by electronics and sensors, namely, sensors including the use of Proximity, RGB, optical limit, mechanical switch, and hall effect to monitor all functions of the system's operational and diagnostic uses, and namely, computer hardware, including power supply, microcontrollers, wireless device-to-device communication chipsets, and I/O, and computer software to manage the system for all user commands, data storage, automated motion, door sealing and monitoring.
(3) - Window and door sealing systems, not of metal, namely, gaskets, sealing strips of plastics and polyurethane films to dynamically prevent air and water intrusion from around window and door openings from outside to inside a structure.
(4) - Non-metal support framed windows and doors; glass doors and glass windows for buildings, namely, glass facades, pivot doors, sliding doors, swing doors, horizontal folding doors, vertical folding doors, tilt windows, turn windows, picture windows, fixed windows, and sliding windows.
