Description:

(1) - Services of maintaining statistical information with respect to the use of the services of the Applicant; analysis of market research data and statistics; arranging, organizing and conducting exhibitions for promoting public awareness in the fields of hunger, poverty, and food bank use; charitable services in the nature of coordination of the procurement and distribution of food donations from the general public to needy persons; consulting services in the fields of procurement and distribution of food donations; operation of a food distribution system, namely, the solicitation, collection, inspection, storage, and distribution of food and food-related products; promoting public awareness in the fields of hunger, poverty, and food bank use; public advocacy to promote awareness in the fields of hunger, poverty, and food bank use.
(2) - Acceptance of monetary charitable contributions; arranging, organizing, and conducting exhibitions for charitable fundraising and charitable activities; charitable donations and for programs of charitable organizations; charitable fundraising; charitable fundraising and collection of donations for charitable purposes; charitable fundraising campaigns; charitable fundraising services; charitable fundraising services by means of arranging and conducting of entertainment programs and events; charitable organization services relating to fundraising; collection of donations for charitable purposes.
