(1) - A series of programs designed to improve the employment futures of youth and young adults ages 15 to 29 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder as they transition from high school to independent adulthood; programs offering opportunities for youth and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, namely, to develop social, communication and job skills and to further explore their interests and abilities in community and workplace settings with the aim of creating future employment success; providing opportunities to enhance job skills via peer supported learning and activities performed during community volunteer experiences and in real workplace environments leading to greater independence and an improved quality of life; education in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder, namely for community partners, employers, co-workers and peer mentors to foster greater awareness of the skills and contributions individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder bring to the workplace while creating community integration and social inclusion opportunities;

(3) - Operation of a website with an online community for registered users to participate in discussions and form virtual communities to engage in social networking services in field of employment and developmental disabilities; supporting research on the employment of adolescents and adults with ASD and other neurodevelopment disorders and using knowledge about autism for the development of adolescents and adults with ASD and other neurodevelopment disorders; conferences, seminars and workshops that will disseminate information in the field of employment of individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders; informing the development of public policy around the employment of individuals with ASD and other neurodevelopment disorders;
