(1) - Management information services involving the collection and reporting of fueling, electric vehicle charging and other purchase data associated with fleet vehicle usage (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); collection, processing and dissemination of information related to the pricing and volume of goods and services purchased by commercial fleets; fuel management and electric vehicle charging services in the field of commercial fleets (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); assistance in management of business activities; business information reporting services for the purpose of managing transportation related purchases; providing business information management services dealing with managing and tracking transportation related business expenses; assistance in business management of transportation-related purchases at point of sale locations; providing fuel management services in the field of trucking (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); providing consumer information regarding truck-stop fueling locations; providing services for identifying authorized vehicles and allowing delivery of fuel to authorized vehicles (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations).
