(1) - Automated databases containing programming, advertising and media research, demographic information, media rating information and Internet and/or computer usage information; computer programs for accessing, manipulating, and preparing reports based on said database information; and computer programs for receiving new information for said databases; and user manuals associated with said programs; and equipment for collecting information, namely a recording meter attached to a television, VCR, cable box, satellite dish or other receiving equipment used for the purposes of; the transmission and/or reception of signals and their content delivered via over-the-air broadcast, cable, satellite, Internet and/or other methods; and the listening, viewing and usage habits of signal receiving audiences, Internet and/or computer users; printed reports containing programming, advertising and media research, demographic information, media rating information, Internet and/or computer usage information, and product purchase and usage information; diaries for entry of information relating to the listening, viewing and usage habits of signal receiving audiences, Internet and/or computer users.
(2) - Research services relating to broadcasting, narrowcasting, the business and advertising aspects of media, and the listening, viewing and usage habits of signal receiving audiences, Internet and/or computer users; and collecting, correlating and providing information about exposure to media, including, but no limited to, the transmission and/or reception of signals and their content delivered via over-the-air broadcast, cable, satellite, Internet and/or other methods, and/or demographic data regarding the signal receiving audiences; and providing such information and access to such information to third parties; leasing access to computer databases and software programs containing information relating to the fields of advertising, media, signal reception, signal receiving audiences, computer usage and Internet access research and information.
