(1) - Operation and provision of a physical and on-line information, community and educational centre to facilitate the discussion of and share best practices in the field of success and achievement of Indigenous youth from kindergarten to high school completion programs and in secondary education programs and to educate individuals, communities and organizations in methods and issues related to Indigenous student success and achievement; Coordination and funding of research in the field of Indigenous youth education and achieving Indigenous student success; Community based programs to research Indigenous youth educational challenges at the community level, to facilitate community level discussions of Indigenous youth education and develop and deliver strategies and methods to improve Indigenous youth success and achievement in school and in jobs and careers; Provision and operation of an on-line social network to promote Indigenous student achievement, share research related to Indigenous student education and educate individuals and organizations in strategies and methods to facilitate and promote Indigenous student success and achievement; Online social networking services; Production and provision of webinars and online discussion forums for teachers of Indigenous youth to discuss issues and research related to and share best practices in the field of education of Indigenous youth; Educational services, namely online and physical workshops, seminars, lectures and courses of instruction in the field of education of Indigenous youth and Indigenous student success; Developing training systems and learning methodologies for others for use in assisting Indigenous youth to achieve success in kindergarten, grade school, high school, post-secondary education and jobs and careers; Operation of an information, community and education centre promoting and supporting the interests of the Indigenous community, Indigenous teachers and Indigenous students; Promoting success in school and the completion of high school by Indigenous youth through mentoring and educational programs; Conducting focus groups with Indigenous groups to research and discuss Indigenous student success and achievement in school; Charitable fundraising services; Charitable fundraising services in the field of promoting and supporting the interests of Indigenous youth; Operation of a foundation promoting and supporting the interests of the Indigenous community; Promoting progress and achievement in the Indigenous community through educational programs in the fields of vocational and career options and training opportunities, vocational and career development programs and financial assistance programs; Promoting progress and achievement in the Indigenous youth community through career development programs, career fairs and trade shows, career counseling, organizing and conducting networking opportunities between Indigenous youth and the business, government and education communities and providing motivational and educational speakers and role models to an Indigenous youth audience; Operation of an on-line job directory; Providing on-line employment information in the field of careers, job resources, job listings, academic opportunities, internships and apprenticeships; Conducting focus groups with Indigenous groups to develop job and career counseling and skill building programs for Indigenous youth; Promoting progress and achievement in the Indigenous community through partnering with industry and facilitating the presentation of job and career options in various industry sectors to Indigenous youth; Producing, presenting and distributing documentary films and supporting curriculum materials with the aim of recruiting Indigenous youth and assisting them to obtain rewarding and productive jobs and careers; Administering an apprentice, bursary and scholarship program for Indigenous youth; Researching and developing programs to assist Indigenous youth to succeed in schoo
