(1) - Strategic business planning for brands, brand vision development, brand essence development, research and development of brand positioning, development of brand mission, development of brand charters, brand planning, facilitation of idea and name generation, facilitation of technology-assisted idea generation, marketing plan development, new product development, brand creative strategy development, brand relationship measurement and development; conducting consumer research namely, moderating focus groups, mini-groups, one-on-one interviews and creative forms of qualitative research; providing recommendations stemming from consumer research as it relates to business, brands, strategies and tactics; facilitating, planning and problem-solving sessions with clients to assist them to embark on innovative action plans/ideas; consulting on quantitative research projects for clients.
