Description:

(1) - Printed publications namely handbooks, posters, stationery namely letterhead paper and envelopes, business cards, forms, brochures and examination forms; clothing namely shirts, jackets, ties, pants and hats; and recorded videotapes, compact discs and digital video discs containing information relating to the conduct of examination services for individuals seeking motor vehicle drivers licence permits or air brake endorsements and the renewal, maintenance, upgrading, downgrading and reinstatement of such permits and endorsements.
(2) - Conduct of examination services for individuals seeking motor vehicle drivers licence permits or air brake endorsements and the renewal, maintenance, upgrading, downgrading and reinstatement of such permits and endorsements namely: the review and verification of the identity of individuals requesting or presenting himself or herself for such services; recording data obtained from such individuals; taking photographs of such individuals; administering and recommending vision examinations of such individuals; administering knowledge examinations of such individuals; the operation and maintenance of a telephone call center which responds to enquiries, books, cancels and confirms appointments, accepts credit card payments and informs the public of all aspects of such services; the provision of information, booking, cancelling and confirming appointments relating to such services; the provision of information and a means for the public to book and cancel appointments relating to such services over the internet; dispatching driver examiners; administering road examinations and air brake endorsement practical examinations for individuals namely collecting documents and ensuring the completion of forms, confirming the eligibility of individuals, conducting motor vehicle inspections, verifying individual applicant identity, providing individuals with preliminary information pertaining to such examinations, directing the individual applicant through the requirements of the examination, recording the performance of the individual applicant and debriefing the results with the individual applicant; exchanging foreign motor vehicle drivers licence permits with home jurisdiction motor vehicle drivers licence permits; review of medical information of individual applicants for such services; the issuance of temporary drivers licences; responding to complaints and to general and complex enquiries relating to such services; providing point of sale monetary refunds for overpayments, unexpired licences and unconsumed examinations; and the sale of printed publications relating to such services
