(1) - Automotive emergency-aid systems and units comprising electrical and electronic equipment for voice and data transmission, and stationary and mobile sending, transmitting, relaying and receiving equipment; all of the foregoing comprising transmitters, receivers, microprocessors, boosters, antennas, microphones, speakers, optical display units, printers and fax machines; navigational equipment, namely, global positioning system receivers, satellite antennas, transmitters, turn rate sensors, vehicle wheel rotation sensors, optical display units, speech processors, keyboards and acoustical data output units; data processors; and parts for all the aforesaid goods, automobiles and structural parts thereof.

(3) - Automobile repair and emergency roadside services, operation of a radio and/or telephone communication network for rescue operations relating to automobile accidents, automobile towing and rescue services; directing and coordinating rescue operations relating to automobile accidents; electronic storage of data of determining an automobile's location and position, computer-aided services for determining an automobile's location and position; collecting, processing and outfitting of information relating to said services.
(4) - Automobile repair and emergency roadside services, operation of a radio and/or telephone communication network for rescue operations relating to automobile accidents, automobile towing and rescue services; directing and coordinating rescue operations relating to automobile accidents; electronic storage of data of determining an automobile's location and position, computer-aided services for determining an automobile's location and position; collecting, processing and outfitting of information relating to said services.
