(1) - Pipeline gathering, production and processing services for others with respect to crude oil and synthetic crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, condensates, petroleum coke, refined and unrefined petroleum products, namely gasoline, diesel fuel, gas oil, kerosene and naptha, and sulphur.
(2) - Exploration for, development and production of conventional oil, natural gas and oil sands.
(3) - Extraction and upgrading of oil sands into crude oil products and diesel fuel.
(4) - Refining, marketing, namely supply and trading, and sale of petroleum products for others.
(5) - Providing workplace, community and charitable programs for the benefit of employees, contractors and communities in the oil and gas industry, namely, Providing workplace programs for the benefit of employees and contractors in the oil and gas industry which promote and reward personal and process safety and improvements in environmental performance; Providing community programs for the benefit of communities in which the oil and gas industry operates, which promote collaboration, transparency, environmental responsibility, cultivate community leaders and support healthy community development; and Providing charitable programs, which support athletes, encourage employees to volunteer, provide sponsorship to other charities and invest in communities In which the oil and gas industry operates.
(6) - Charitable services, namely, awarding of donations to educational, environmental and community-based initiatives, which are charitable and non-profit organizations.
(7) - Generation and sale of wind power.
(8) - Production and sale of biofuels.
(9) - Gas station, convenience store and carwash services.
(10) - Sponsorship of athletes, athletic programs and sports events.
(11) - Synthetic crude oil, sulphur.
