(1) - Organization, administration and operation of a program to facilitate seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairment to remain in their homes; providing needs assessments and reassessments of seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments to determine the support these individuals to live safely and independently at home, not including health care; development and co-ordination of an individualized care plan that outlines the needs of a senior or individual with functional or cognitive impairments to live safely and independently in their home; facilitating the implementation of a care plan for seniors or individuals with functional or cognitive impairments to live safely and independently in their home, namely, assisting these individuals with identifying potential providers within their circle of care and providing these individuals with contact information of service providers in their community that can provide the care needed, namely, housekeeping, laundry, meals, respite, seasonal outdoor chores, shopping, transportation, foot care and at-home blood work; Providing seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairment with a self-managed budget to obtain required supports to address their needs; Providing access to personal support services through a self-directed budget; financial assistance, namely to review and budget for costs associated with independent living for seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments, namely, financial assistance with housekeeping, laundry, meals, respite, seasonal outdoor chores, shopping, transportation, foot care and at-home blood work; assessing the financial needs of seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments to stay in their homes and determining if they are eligible for financial assistance.
(2) - Charitable services, namely, coordination of the procurement and distribution of gift-in-kind product donations from manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and government agencies to organizations providing free products to needy people
(3) - Providing funding to eligible seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments to pay for non-health care services needed for these individuals to remain in their homes; Administration of budgets relating to the living expenses of care services needed for these individuals to remain in their homes, namely, housekeeping, laundry, meals, respite, seasonal outdoor chores, shopping, transportation, foot care and at-home blood work; financial evaluation and financial advice in the field of independent living for seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments, namely, financial evaluation and advice associated with the costs of housekeeping, laundry, meals, respite, seasonal outdoor chores, shopping, transportation, foot care and at-home blood work.
(4) - Accepting and administering monetary charitable contributions; charitable fundraising; charitable services, namely providing financial assistance to disadvantaged persons for food, rent, health care, and other necessities of life; charitable services, namely providing financial assistance to meet the physical, psychological, social and other special needs of disabled persons; financial consultancy, namely, preparing budgets and monitoring budgets; fiscal assessment and evaluation
(5) - Housekeeping; laundry services
(6) - Charitable services, namely, providing automobiles to be used by recipients for transportation; providing transportation to the elderly or disabled persons for charitable purposes
(7) - Education, training and teaching services for dealing with issues of concern for caregivers who are providing support to partners, wives and husbands who are chronically ill; education, training and teaching services for dealing with issues of concern for caregivers who are providing support to those who are disabled; educational services, namely, providing cognitive fitness programs for seniors; physical education services for seniors; teaching new skills to individuals with memory impairments and learning difficulties utilizing cognitive training methods; training or teaching in the field of dementia care
(8) - Educational services, namely providing information on how seniors and individuals with functional or cognitive impairments may live safely and independently at home.
(9) - Blood analysis services; providing online, non-downloadable computer software for use in the field of home care to schedule, manage, record and report in-home personal and medical care; software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for analyzing and reporting self-assessment of illness
(10) - Providing assistance to senior citizens seeking to determine assisted living facilities appropriate for their needs; providing day care centers for the disabled; providing day-care centers for the elderly; providing elderly care facilities; providing information and advice for the ordering of prepared meals for patients and residents in hospitals, health care facilities, long term care homes, nursing homes, retirement residences and senior living facilities; providing meals to needy persons for charitable purposes; respite care services in the nature of adult day care; supplying meals to patients and residents in hospitals, health care facilities, long term care homes, nursing homes, retirement residences and senior living facilities; supplying meals to the homeless or underprivileged
(11) - Blood pressure screening services; charitable services, namely, providing blood pressure screenings and information on heart health; charitable services, namely, providing vision screenings; chiropody foot services; evaluating cognitive abilities to inform treatment planning for memory rehabilitation; foot massage services; geriatric nursing services; health care consultancy in the fields of public health, health assessments, and medical clinic services; health risk assessment; hearing assessment, testing, evaluation, diagnosis and consultation services; home health care services; home-visit nursing care; information, advisory and consultancy services in the field of home health care services; nursing care; palliative care; providing biophsychosocial health assessments; providing information relating to nursing care services; psychological assessment and examination services; respite care services in the nature of home nursing aid services
(12) - Life quality assessment for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families; organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community service projects, namely, programs for physically helping out and socializing with individuals at senior and community centers, nursing homes, orphanages, and disabled homes; providing information about personal safety, home security and crime prevention; providing non-medical in-home care services for individuals; security threat analysis for protecting personal safety
