(3) - Consulting services regarding computers, software, telecommunication, radio communication, radio paging, telephony, wireless telephony, radio broadcasting, distribution and transmission of sounds or images, of still or animated images, the distribution and transmission of computer software application data and of messages; providing online forums for transmission of messages among computer users; educational services, namely, providing practical training and educational demonstrations in the field of wireless telecommunications, operating system industry, car manufacturing and telemetry segments, namely, remote control and monitoring systems used in industrial, government and residential applications; consulting services in the field of global computer networks and communications equipment; services of engineers, namely, conducting engineering studies and surveys for others with regard to operating systems, administration of networks, monitoring and analysis of operations, of security to prevent illegal access to the network; hosting services for web sites; remote and on-site management of electronic messaging systems and applications for others, or secure messaging; scientific, industrial and technical research in the field of telecommunication and computing technologies; all of the aforementioned services excluding computer games, electronic games and interactive games, computer game software or entertainment and amusements associated or connected with computer games, electronic games, interactive games and/or online interactive game software provided by means of a global computer network or electronic games played on the Internet.
