(1) - Wholesale distributorship, retail services by direct solicitation by sales agents in the field of steel, metal and fabricated metal and steel products manufactured by others; and providing personal computer-based on-line ordering services for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, nickel, plastic, and aluminum structural components, namely, angles, beams, channels, tees, plates, bars, sheets, coils, tubing, pipe and flooring and grating products, and for the processing, machining, and finishing thereof; inventory control services in the nature of vendor management of customer inventories and receipt of goods for customer inventories, providing a mail order and an on-line catalog of the goods and services of others in the field of steel, metal, and related construction equipment; fabrication, preparation, and treatment of metals and metal products comprising flame cutting, sawing, threading, punching, bending, welding, drilling, grinding, and shearing, and fabrication, preparation, and treatment of plastics comprising of milling, sanding, turning and special extrusions.
