(1) - Periodical reports, news briefs; periodical publications concerning humanitarian projects, information and news; publications, namely, magazines, informational brochures and pamphlets; posters; posters pertaining to the provision of support and education for children and other needy persons and to fundraising; organizational charts; teaching aids in the form of printed materials, namely, books, notes, maps, charts, surveys and photographs; motion picture films, photographs, slides and pre-recorded audio cassettes and tapes; audio, video and digital recordings relating to fundraising for charitable and humanitarian purposes, namely CD-ROMs, DVDs, and recordings downloadable to a computer from the Internet, all containing photographs, digital images, movies, music, text and/or multimedia presentations in the fields of economic development, humanitarian aid, charitable fund-raising, and maternal and child welfare; clothing, namely sweatshirts, t-shirts, polo shirts and jackets; handbags; headgear, namely baseball caps and hats.
(2) - Financing and loan services; promoting and supporting organizations that are addressing the issue of poverty, namely providing financing and education to community organizations; training and educational services, namely, conducting webinars, workshops, courses and other events on topics related to poverty, fragile states/context, promoting child welfare and providing information regarding child welfare issues; consulting services in the field of charitable fund-raising, alleviation of poverty, child welfare, fragile states/context, missionary activities, capacity-building for community organizations; initiating, encouraging and participating in research and policy developments concerning poverty and fragile context countries; training and supporting community groups, namely providing loans and donations, providing education regarding nutrition, hygiene, maternal and new-born health, donating pharmaceutical products and medical supplies; operation of a charitable organization dedicated to training community-based organizations in the field of capacity building; development of curriculum in the field of capacity building for community-based organizations; training presenters and facilitators for the provision of educational programs in the field of capacity building for community-based organizations; developing and organizing educational programs in the fields of capacity building for community-based organizations; charitable services of matching the needs of the community with the social services available to meet those needs; charitable services, namely fund-raising; education and missionary services, namely, providing support and education for children and other needy persons abroad, including classes, lectures, individual instruction and counseling and support, education for disadvantaged children and other needy persons; business management, business administration; raising of funds, supplies and other goods or materials for charitable and humanitarian purposes, small business loans; telecommunication services, namely communication of information relating to charitable services, by phone, messaging services, and the Internet; education services, namely classes, lectures, individual instruction, and counseling and support in connection with economic development, aid projects, microenterprise and finance; the distribution to third parties of audio, video and digital recordings relating to fundraising for charitable and humanitarian purposes, and providing information on economic development, and aid projects namely recordings downloadable to a computer from the Internet, all containing photographs, digital images, movies, music, text and/or multimedia presentations; developing and operating social media networks for use by individuals and groups for the purpose of engaging in and/or supporting charitable activities of all kind
