Description:

(2) - Restaurant services; retail sale of beverages, snacks and take-out food. Food catering services for company, party;
(3) - Franchising, namely, offering technical assistance in the establishment and/or operation of a restaurant and take-out food and beverage services.
(4) - Non-alcoholic beverages, namely, smoothies, milkshakes, slushes and bubble tea; ice cream, frozen yogurt and frozen desserts, namely, ice milk, frozen ices, sorbets and ice cream cakes.
(5) - Prepared oriental entrees comprising one or more of rice, noodles, vegetables, beef, chicken, pork and/or seafood; egg rolls, spring rolls, soups, spare ribs and chicken wings; hamburgers, hot dogs and french fries; sandwiches; bakery goods, namely, brownies, bars, cookies, cakes and muffins; soft drinks.
(6) - Culinary concierge services, namely preparing itineraries for clients and obtaining reservations for dining, foodrelated events, wine tasting and cooking classes; organizing foodrelated travel adventures for clients, namely kayaking trips, winery tours, road trips to visit wineries, farms, restaurants, and manufacturers of foods and beverages; operation of an online ecommerce web site for the sale of food and food related products and beverages and the culinary concierge services and organizing food-related travel adventures for clients as described above; and for Retail Store services, namely operating retail food and beverage stores.
