Description:
|
(1) - Personality services namely, (a) providing, administering, and distributing personality tests, and determining the personality and character traits of subjects; (b) providing personality reports and advice derived from (i) the analysis of facial features (face reading), (ii) the analysis of a handwriting sample (handwriting analysis), and (iii) the analysis of a palm (palm readings), tarot cards, astrology tables, and psychic readings.
(2) - Pre-recorded audiotapes and audiovisual tapes featuring instruction on team building, motivational training and relationships and printed instructional materials, namely, booklets, textbooks, newsletters pamphlets regarding team building, motivational training and relationships.
(3) - Counselling services, namely, providing relationship, career, spiritual and emotional counselling through the administration of personality-based tests.
(4) - Business services namely advertisement management by providing reports, advertisement targeting, and management of electronically stored advertising, for use on the global computer network; promoting the goods and services of others by preparing and placing on-line advertisement on a network of web pages on the global computer, as well as via e-mail; consulting in the field of on-line advertising; maintenance and service of opt-in email lists for the use of promoting corporate goods and services; providing electronic mail and workgroup messaging services over computer networks; providing multiple user access to proprietary collections of information by means of global computer information networks. providing distribution and syndication of text, audio, and visual formats of news, cartoon, and advice columns.
(5) - Relationship and personal advice consultation services namely motivational services, friendship matching services, matchmaking services, online chat room services, addiction counselling and advice and administering and reselling of corporate Employee Assistance Plans.
(6) - Research services namely providing software interfaces available over a network in order to create a personalized on-line information service; extraction and retrieval of information and data mining by means of global computer networks; creating indexes of information, indexes of web sites and indexes of other information sources in connection with global computer network; providing information from searchable indexes and databases of information, including text, electronic documents, databases, graphic and audio visual information, by means of global computer information networks in the field of psychology.
(7) - Marketing consultation services, namely, providing psychological information regarding computer users for purposes of targeting marketing strategies.
(8) - Computer services, namely, computer software design for others and designing and implementing web sites for others computer services, namely, design and hosting web sites for others on a computer server for a global computer network. Corporate internet services namely domain name tracking, corporate web server monitoring, corporate web service performance reporting; organizing and conducting seminars and workshops in the fields of team building, motivational training, and relationships.
