(1) - Upright markers namely monuments or tombstones, flat markers namely markers that are flush with the ground, wall markers namely plaques attached to walls, shared markers whereby the cemetery owns the marker and families purchase the right to bury and inscribe on their side of the marker, family markers (families purchase their own marker), marker foundations namely a below ground concrete support that an upright markers sits on, urns for cremated remains, mausoleums, mausoleum and urn space memorials namely plaques or lettering attached to a niche or crypt front, columbariums, urn vaults, interment crypts, memorial wreaths made of bronze, memorial trees, cut flowers, flower containers, evergreen coverings, artificial flowers, vases, books of remembrance, bronze niche plaques, bronze scrolls, crypt attachments namely, lamps, vases, lettering, decorations namely small bronze ornaments such as birds or roses, ceramic pictures, print brochures, stationary namely letterhead, envelopes, certificates, order forms, applications, contracts, signs within cemeteries, invitations to special events, direct mail brochures, staff service pins, staff newsletters.
(2) - Interment, cremation.
