(2) - Provision of sites designed for bird watching; organization of bird seminars, courses, bird watching tours and field trips; teaching in the field of bird watching; the provision of information and educational material with respect to birds and natural history through telephone information lines, computer bulletin boards, brochures, audio/video cassettes and digital video discs (DVDs); provision of an awards program for identification of birds; construction of auto turnouts, trails, boardwalks, observation platforms, viewing blinds and bird habitat improvements.
