Description:

(1) - Communications equipment, namely, computers and computer networking equipment enabling access, on either a wired or wireless basis, and inter-networking amongst computers connected to a global computer network Communications software, namely, software for connecting computers and communications equipment to a global computer network; software that allows for secure access, authentication, authorization, administration and management of users on a computer network; software that allows for interconnection and sharing of computers and other resources on a computer network Educational materials, namely, software and brochures, guides and training manuals, in printed or electronic format, relating to communications networks and their use.
(2) - Communications services, namely, the electronic and optronic transmission of voice, video and data over a global computer network; providing access and connections to a global computer network; broadband and ultra-broadband internet access services; security and user access authentication services; conferencing and collaboration services; wireless access services; sale and leasing of communications equipment; hosting, caching and data storage management services; the design, development, construction, installation, configuration, maintenance, management and monitoring of communications networks, including extranets, intranets, and virtual private networks; computer software application and computer database design and development services; communications network strategy consulting Educational services in the nature of seminars, conferences and workshops related to the design, configuration and use of communications networks.
