(1) - Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including scrap metals, and metal alloys for use by steel mills and foundries as a source material for producing steel, castings and other metal products.
(2) - Consulting services in the field of scrap metal management, namely, providing businesses with advice on selection of industrial recycling processing and handling equipment, guidance on how to maximize revenues from the sale of scrap metals and other business consulting.
(3) - Brokerage in the field of metals and metal alloys for physical delivery.
(4) - Collection of scrap metal for recycling; collection of computers and other electronic devices for destruction and recycling; demolition and rail-car dismantling services.
(5) - Transportation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
(6) - Recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other recyclables; processing scrap metals, namely, bailing, blending, chopping, shearing, shredding, sorting and torching ferrous and non-ferrous metals; providing consulting in relation to the materials management and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (term considered too vague by the International Bureau - Rule 13 (b) of the Regulations); recycling components and other materials from computers and other electronic devices; destruction of hard drives and other data storage devices.
